1. Cederberg Oasis is NOT connected in any way to Cedar Rock / Cederberg Chalets, other than providing key access. All their rules apply regarding OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES!
2. Collection and return of keys is to be done STRICTLY between 8am and 5 pm. NO LATE OR EARLY HOURS WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
3. Do NOT leave your refuse at Cederberg Oasis, or anywhere else in the Cederberg. The wilderness law applies “Take out what you bring in”.
4. Visitors travelling in any vehicle other than a 4 x 4 or HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE (or rugged 2 x 4 ) vehicle, do so at their own risk. We will NOT entertain claims for damage to wheels / tyres, or undercarriage components, etc, or inability to reach your chalet. You are entering a true WILDERNESS AREA, and sections of the (Cape Nature Conservation) track are extremely bumpy. NO LOW VEHICLES PERMITTED.

No bedding or towels are provided. Please ensure you bring your own bedding and towels. We supply crockery, utensils and many other conveniences in our chalets, but NO bedding or towels.
What a lovely place to stay when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life! I recommend to anyone who needs to de-stress in a peaceful environment.
